About Fee

Grounded in community, driven by equity

Fee has experience working alongside community organisations, Indigenous groups, and government agencies across South Australia. Her work is shaped by a deep commitment to equality, inclusion, and the belief that every organisation deserves the support it needs to thrive.

Before consulting, Fee spent 15 years with the Department of Defence — serving in the Royal Australian Navy and the Australian Public Service in procurement, contracting, and logistics. That background means she understands governance, accountability, and complex administration from the inside.

Fee works collaboratively, listens carefully, and brings practical solutions — not jargon. She understands the pressures facing community-sector organisations and meets them where they are.

Common questions

What you might want to know before getting in touch

Fee works with community organisations, not-for-profits, Indigenous-led groups, peak bodies, and government agencies across South Australia. She has particular experience supporting smaller organisations that need practical, hands-on help rather than high-level strategy.

It starts with a conversation. Fee takes time to understand your organisation’s context, pressures, and goals before recommending anything. There’s no obligation attached to that initial discussion — just an honest conversation about whether and how she can help.

Both. Some clients bring Fee in for a specific piece of work — a grant application, a governance review, a policy document. Others retain her on an ongoing basis for regular administration and organisational support. The arrangement is shaped around what actually works for your organisation.

15 years in the Royal Australian Navy and the Australian Public Service — in procurement, contracting, and logistics — means Fee understands governance, compliance, and complex administration from the inside. She knows what rigorous accountability looks like in practice, and she brings that discipline to community sector work without the bureaucratic overhead.

Yes. Fee has a long-standing connection with the Ngarrindjieri community through her work at Ngarrindjieri RUWE Empowered Communities, and she is deeply committed to supporting Indigenous-led organisations. She approaches this work with genuine respect, cultural awareness, and a focus on self-determination.

Fees vary depending on the scope and nature of the work. Fee is transparent about costs from the outset and works with organisations to find arrangements that are sustainable. Get in touch to discuss your situation and she’ll give you a clear picture.

Yes — this is a particular specialisation. Fee understands the challenge of translating military service into civilian language, and she knows how to present defence experience, leadership, and technical skills in a way that resonates with civilian employers. Whether you’re transitioning out of the ADF or have been out for some time, Fee can help you put your best foot forward.
